This Joint development project, in partnership with Fulcrum Properties and Jobe Development, will feature 76 condominiums comprised of one and two bedroom units. The project will be developed on seven vacant HPD owned lots under the NIHOP program. The sales prices will be set between 80% and 110% AMI ensuring long term affordability.

In addition to a new worship and program space, the development will feature 134 residential units comprised of studio, one, two and three bedroom units.
